A FRee class on “writing Your Family history - one story at a Time” will be o ered at the Castle Rock library. Noel Ferre will o er guidance, advice, and help if you would like to leave something of your research for your family to appreciate. All are welcome, registration requested.
tuesday, november 14th (10:00am-Noon)
A class on “Family TreeMaker and Ancestry.com” will be o ered. Find out what is new, and learn some ways to make your software and research pay o  for you. FREE, of course, and open to all. If you have been wondering about what the new FTM can do for you, come and  nd out, and learn more about Ancestry.com while you do! Registration requested.
Saturday, november 18th (10:00am-Noon)
Regular CRCGs 3rd saturday program. This month we welcome Julie Miller, respected genealogy specialist and speaker, who will bring us a program entitled “Sources or Clues? Pitfalls of Using Published Genealogies and Online Trees.” This case study illustrates the confusion and proliferation of errors that may result from simply copying the trees of others. You don’t want to miss this exciting excursion into a valuable but cautionary area of research. Join us! No registration required, just show up. All are welcome!

Miller Library in Castle Rock, and we ask you to register ahead so we will have space and materials prepared. All CRCGs events and classes are FRee and open to the public. some may include a request for donation to cover materials - usually $5.
