The 13th Annual Turkey rOCK Trot is going to be EPIC this year!
we are expecting our largest turnout since inception. we have an all new route that starts and ends at the DC events Center, and goes to the downtown streets of Castle Rock. we have entertainment on the course from local bands and cheer teams giving our runners the motivation to ROCK the race!
November 23
Thanksgiving Day
our Expo opens at 8am, race starts at 9:30am and all festivities
end at 11am. our expo features over 2 dozen vendors, face painting, a bounce house and other activities for the kiddos. There are plenty of prizes and cash to give away to our top runners. Don’t forget to stop by the Mix100 booth broadcasting live and say hi to Bo!
have you heard about our new program called Transform to Trot? we have 6 local gyms competing to transform the lives of 12 of your neighbors and help them run the Turkey ROCK Trot. For some of them this will be their rst 5k ever! Come join our family tradition and give back to those less fortunate at the same time. we are asking all participants to bring a bag of toiletry products to donate in lieu of parking fees. All of the proceeds from our event bene t the Douglas elbert Task Force, a non-pro t human service organization dedicated to providing assistance to people in Douglas and elbert counties who are in serious economic need, at risk of homelessness, or in a similar crisis.
