Asanas & Alignment Workshop
Sat., May 4 • 1:00-3:00pm Ages 16+ BALANCE,TRANSITIONS, AND TWISTS
Whether practicing on your mat, or on the journey of life, each of these concepts creates a challenge, and having resources and tools can make all the di erence in the ease with which you ow. This workshop will breakdown basic balancing postures/poses, including muscle activation, recruitment, and strengthening. We will work through some fun and di cult transitions and go over tips for success. Finally, we will cover twists that create space in
your mind and body, challenge your focus and balance. This fun- lled, challenging 2 hour practice will provide you with tools to increase con dence and openness. All levels welcome!

Sat., May 18 • 9am-2pm Ages 9-13. Register by Sat., May 11
Join us for a Saturday full of cooking and fun! Learn to make chicken
noodle soup and garlic cheddar biscuits from scratch. Sit down and
enjoy your creation for lunch, then wrap up the afternoon learning to
make the delicate French macaron, a true baking mastery! Each child will
bring home a nice selection of their pastry masterpieces along with any leftovers from lunch. This is a wonderful opportunity for your budding chef to learn and practice knife skills and become more comfortable in the kitchen. Location: The Grange Cost: $80 Meadows Resident / $85 Non-Resident.
