Chick Fil-A:
A proposal has been submitted for review and approval to the Town of Castle Rock to expand the Chick Fil-A located at 346 Metzler Drive, just north from Target. The plan is to add a second drive thru canopy as well as a kitchen expansion on the site. Once completed, this addition will greatly enhance tra c ow for drive-up customers and improve the customer service. This is the same design as seen at the new Chick Fil-A drive through at Promenade. Once completed, it should enhance the customer service drive through experience since this is a high-volume store. It will help both the employees and the Chick Fil-A customers with greater e ciencies.
Pizza Hut:
The Town of Castle Rock has received a Site
Development Plan (SDP) application for a new
retail center, to be located at 340 S. Wilcox
Street. This .86 acre site currently includes
the Pizza Hut restaurant which is planned to
be demolished during the nal phase of this
project. The owner/developer plans to build a
3,100 square-foot retail center that is anchored
by a new delivery/carry-out Pizza Hut store. The
developer is currently working with the town
to hold public neighborhood meetings to listen and learn about public concerns and ideas regarding this project. Once approved, construction will be visible along Wilcox where Pizza Hut is currently located. This will modernize the architecture of this chain restaurant and add space for a community retail center.
