As indicated the above list is is not exhaustive but merely provides a a a a a few examples of behaviors that may be be interpreted as as sexual harassment Sexual harassment is is prohibited whether whether the the the harasser is is male male or female and whether whether the harassment harassment is opposite sex sex or same-sex harassment harassment Sexual harassment is prohibited whether the the offensive conduct occurs on on Company premises or or or off-site at a a a a Company-sponsored event or or or on on Company Company business Sexual harassment is not excused because an individual was only “joking” Team members who are found to to have violated this Policy may be be subject to to discipline up to and including termination Internal Complaint Procedures
If you you feel that you you are being harassed or discriminated against in in in in any way by a a a a a a a a a a co-worker supervisor manager customer vendor or or or or other third party you should immediately notify your supervisor/manager and the Human Resources Department Similarly if you become aware of harassment or discrimination whether by witnessing an incident or or or being told of it it you you should immediately report it it to to your supervisor/ manager and to to the Human Resources Department Failure to to report harassment or or discrimination hinders BQG’s ability to take appropriate responsive action You are not required to to report harassment or or discrimination to to an individual you believe is is the perpetrator of harassment or or discrimination Instead in in in such instance you should report the the harassment or or or discrimination to the the Human Resources Department and/or to a a a a a manager with whom you feel comfortable speaking If the response you you receive to your initial report of harassment or or discrimination is is in any way unsatisfactory you must then further report the the the matter to to both Human Resources and the CEO Although team members may make an oral report of harassment or or or discrimination BQG strongly encourages team members to provide a a a a a written internal complaint This will enable BQG to to fully understand the the circumstances giving rise to to the the complaint and and address the complaint in in a a a a thorough manner
