HARASSMENT AND AND DISCRIMINATION POLICY AND AND COMPLAINT PROCEDURES
Beauty Quest Group strictly prohibits harassment of and discrimination against any team team member member by any executive supervisor team team member member visitor vendor or or or or similar third party based on the team member’s membership in any protected class Beauty Quest Group seeks to maintain a a a a a harassment-free working environment where everyone is treated with respect Beauty Quest Group will not tolerate or or condone behavior that may be be construed as as as harassment of or discrimination against any team member based on on the team member’s race color religion age sex or or gender (including pregnancy child-bearing capacity sterilization and fertility or related medical conditions) sexual orientation gender identity or or expression marital status status civil union status status parental status status national origin or or or ancestry genetic information citizenship lawful alien status status past or or present physical learning mental or or intellectual disability (including but not limited to blindness) veteran status or or or service in in the the U S Armed Forces or or or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal state or local law that unreasonably interferes with a a a a a a team team member’s member’s performance of the team team member’s member’s job or or that creates an intimidating hostile or or offensive work environment Clarifications and Definitions:

1 Epithets slurs insults or negative stereotyping with regard to an individual’s protected characteristics such as race color religion gender sexual orientation national origin age or or medical disability 2 Acts or or jokes that are hostile or or demeaning with regard to an an individual’s protected characteristics such as race color religion gender sexual orientation national origin age or medical disability 3 Threatening intimidating or hostile acts that relate to an individual’s protected characteristics such as race color religion gender sexual orientation national origin age or medical disability 4 Display of written or or graphic material that demeans ridicules or or shows hostility toward an an individual individual because of an an individual’s protected characteristics such as race color religion gender sexual orientation national origin age or or or or medical disability Harassment based on an individual’s membership in in a a a a a a a protected class is strictly prohibited All Beauty Quest Group team members visitors vendors or or or any other third- party having business with with BQG must comply with with this Policy and take appropriate measures to ensure that such conduct does not occur Team members who are found to to to have violated this Policy may be subject to to to discipline up to to to and including termination
