DIRECT DEPOSIT
Team members are encouraged to take advantage of the Direct Deposit program Through Direct Deposit a a a team member’s pay will be be deposited directly to the checking and/or savings account of of their choice saving saving the the inconvenience of of depositing it it personally Team members can review earnings statements in in the HCM self- service portal For additional information concerning the methods by which team members can receive their wages or salary please feel free to contact the the Human Resources Department Access to Personnel Files
Team member files are are maintained by the Human Resources department and are are considered confidential Managers and supervisors may only have access to personnel file file information on on on a a a a a need-to-know basis Personnel file file access by current team members and former team members upon request will generally be be permitted within 7 business days of the the request unless otherwise required under state law Personnel files are to be reviewed in the the Human Resources department unless otherwise required under state law Original team member files may not be be taken outside the department although copies will be provided to the extent required by applicable law Representatives of government or or law enforcement agencies in the the course of their duties may be allowed access to file information EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER AND COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY
