About us Services

For the past 25 years, DPM has successfully managed the property portfolio for the

Devmark Property Group.

Although DPM was originally part of the internal organisational structure of Devmark, Property Management
the stakeholders involved within the property management division saw a gap in the

market and decided to open their expertise and knowledge in property management
to the broader property community. As a result, Devmark Property Management was
launched.
Sectional Title Services

Our wealth of expertise includes management of Home Owners Associations,
affordable housing, retail shopping centres, body corporates, commercial properties
and private homeowners.

Not only do we provide management and administration services to property Sales
owners, but we can also assist with the handover stages of the development, as well as
assisting and overseeing of any renovations and maintenance issues.

From the moment the first property is transferred, we work hand-in-hand with the
dedicated project managers to ensure the handover stage runs smoothly. We assist Maintenance Management
with the set-up of the body corporate or homeowner’s association and, on completion
of the project, we can step in as management agent.

Our maintenance team consists of qualified plumbers, electricians, painters and
handymen who have successfully been working with DPM for years. We take great
pride in what we do and manage each property as if it was our own. Project Management
