cases without cases Members of Parliament
both in the case of complaints or cases
without complaint with Proven or Not Proven
Verdict:
d. Give sanction to the Members of Parliament
who have been proven to have violated DPR’s
code of conduct of the House either in cases
with complaint or cases without complaint
with the following witnesses:
Mild sanctions with verbal or written
warnings ;
Moderate sanctions in the form of
the transfer of membership in DPR
parliamentary affairs committees or
removal from the leaders of DPR or
leaders of DPR parliamentary affairs
committee; or

Severe sanction in the form of temporary
dismissal of at least 3 (three) months or
dismissal as a Member;
