The head of Best Buddies,
Genevieve Rosenthal, formed a
committee in hopes of finding
"buddies" for the mentally handi­
capped students of Coral Gables
Senior High School. Members of
this committee went out with their
"buddies" at least once a month,
took them to the movies, out to eatJ
and did other fun activities.

The newly formed Dance Line
fostered school spirit with daz­
zling performances during the
Masquerade Ball and during Spirit
Week. In the words of junior
Nicole Corona, "They made me
wanna get up and boogie!"
