Held on February 2, 2000, this year’s Conge
treated the community to “A Day at the Carni­
val.” Whether settling into their first class of the
day or attending assembly, the seniors surprised
the students as they ran through halls with signs
and balloons, urging all to join in the celebration.
The community then gathered in the festively
decorated PAC to enjoy a welcome skit. There,
everyone got into groups such as strongmen,
gypsies, and jugglers, and went off to experience
different activities like a merry-go-round, a dunk
tank, rock climbing, and much more.
“We were all really surprised and had an
awesome time,” said fifth grader Charlotte Marill.
