Leadership Conference

Of The

Sacred Heart

This summer, on August 7th through
August 11th, four girls from Carrollton: Diana
Brooks, Nancy Virga, Sonia Martinez and
April Zeigler, plus Ms. Juliann Ray, Director
of Students, attended a leadership confer­
ence of the Sacred Heart in Albany, New
York. There were four students on Student
Council from each Sacred Heart school
across the country who participated in this
workshop held at our Sacred Heart school,
Duane Stuart. The girls learned how to be­
come effective and strong leaders at their
schools, as well os in their lives. These girls
also learned how special it was to be a part
of the Network of the Sacred Heart.
