Silver Anniversary

January 24-25, 1967

During its first 25 years and ahead in its next 25 years, Carrollton's
goal was, is and will be to nurture, inspire and challenge young women
to find meaning in life. Christ, who identified Himself as the Way, the
Truth and the Life, taught that meaning for which we search is found
in relationships: ''Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all
your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neigh­
bor as yourself". The importance o f our relationship with God will always
be the basis of a Sacred Heart education together with the insight that
our personal development is expected by God and dear to His Son's
Heart and that both those relationships, to God and to self, grow only m
when we commit ourselves to others in service.
