Girls iir glimmering costumes were prancing down the high school halls.
There was laughter and sharing at lunch time. New friendships were
cultivated. Tire “Little Sisters” finally feel accepted. Welcome Freshmen
Week gave the Junior Class an opportunity to adopt a freshman as a little
sister for a week. The goal of the various activities the Juniors planed for
them was the building of community widrin the high school. Each freshm
was dressed in a costume in accordance with the year’s theme, and diey
engaged in activities such as
“Beauty Salon Day,” the game
“Who Knows Their Litde Sister
Best,” the “Crowning of Talents,”
and the favorite “Karaoke.”
The spirit was clearly alive and
shining in everyotie’s smiles
