Oratories
Upper School Oratories: Sofia Barrera ‘25 -- 1st place, Valeria Velez ‘26 -- 2nd place and Nicolette Xydas and Alexandra Stockton finished tied for 3rd place. The 9th grade contestants were Eva Castañeda, Valeria Velez, and Allegra de Armas. The 10th grade contestants were Nicolette Xydas, Sofia Barrera, and Alexandra Stockton.
Poetry Slam
This year the Upper School participated in the 16th Annual Poetry Slam. We have Slams to support the freedom of expression which is exactly what these two teams accomplished.
The winner of this year’s Slam was Mrs. Astigarraga’s team. (Alexandra Azan ‘23, Mia Gonzalez Del Valle ‘23, Liani Montero ‘24, Amalia Neff ‘25, Emma Jimenez ‘25, Elli Costa ‘26)
