October 20
Today was the Feast of Mater Admira-
bilis. It is the mass when the whole Car­
rollton student body comes together
at Saint Hugh. We celebrate the life
and miracles throughout Marys life.
Many of the younger students wear
pink ribbons in their hair to celebrate
the color of women. We also wear
white shirts to recognize the purity of
Mater and keep it alive within us. After
the mass, we come back to the High
School and have "goute". “Goute" is a
french word for snack. We celebrate
it at the High School by eating pink
frosted cupcakes and cookies. All in
all, it is a nice celebration.
