To say the least, I had the honor of spending some of the
most important years of my life in the classroom of this
admirable, intelligent, caring woman. For the past 13
years Mrs. Irmina Rodriguez has touched the hearts and
minds of many students. She is a nurturing teacher who
adds a new spark to each and every one of those girls'
intellects. Her energetic personality continues to bring
the sciences to life. Mrs. Rodriguez constantly exhibits
a unique love and passion for her work that teaches
her students never to settle for their limitations. The
affection and care she gives her students is comforting
and reassuring at such a transitional age. She is always
motivating and challenging her girls to think further
and to reach beyond the scope of science. Whether her
lecture is about the human body or the velocity of a car,
they are always interesting and entertaining.

? quality that truly exemplifies Mrs. Rodriguez's good heart is her
jghtfulness. I was lucky enough to continue to be successful in my
nming career throughout my years in high school and Mrs. Rodriguez
never forgotten my accomplishments or dreams. Today, although I
lo t have the pleasure of being in her class or seeing or talking to her
often, I continue to receive "Good Luck" and "Congratulations" e-mails
i her. Her simple, yet touching notes, continue to drive me to become
e successful while putting a smile on my face and making my days
ie brighter. I know in her heart no matter what times I post or what
e I get, I will always be a winner.
