     Friendship,  is w hat we have acquired through
                          the seasonal changes w ithin  us a t Carrollton.
                         M a n y friends have come and m any have gone.
                          Though  time m ay pass,  there w ill alw ays be a
                         place in our hearts,  open,  fo r each a nd  every one.
                         For this reason  we have chosen  Time and Friendship
                         as our theme a nd  have incorporated them  throughout
                         our book.
                          “A b o u t the little  cham ber o f m y heart
                         Friends have been com ing             —   going    —
                         M a n y a year.
                         The doors stand open  there.
                         Some,  lig h tly  stepping,  enter;•
                         Some depart.
                         Freely they come a n d  freely g o  a t w ill.
                         The w alls g ive  back their laughter;
                         A ll d a y long,
                         They fill the house w ith song.
                         O ne d o o r alone is shut,  one cham ber still. "
