The theme of this year’s 7th grade retreat was
friendship. The retreat was organized by Junior High
religion teacher, Ms. Bridgeen O’Connell. Overall, students
learned how to be good friends and how to make new
ones.
On May 11,2006, the eighth grade class gathered at St.
Louis Catholic Church to contemplate the years to come.
The main topic of discussion was the transition from the
Junior High to the High School and the girls discussed
ways in which Cod can help them through this exciting, yet
challenging transition. New friendships were established
as the high school girls gave the incoming freshmen great
advice in order to prepare for High School. In the end, all
the students agreed that the retreat was productive, fun
and definitely one to remember with the hlep of retreat
leaders from the High School.
