Les Choristes in
The High School choir "Les Choristes" had a very busy, productive, and musical 2009-2010 season.
They performed for countless school activities including parent breakfasts, open houses, the book
fair and various assemblies. The choir participated for the 3rd year at the UM Honor Choir Festival,
and the senior only "OC" vocal ensemble was formed. They were able to complete many recordings
and were instrumental in coordinating the school wide Christmas CD fundraiser which sold 2000
CDs. They collaborated with the Junior High Choir for a truly beautiful and spiritual Advent Evening
prayer service. Over spring break they took home highest honors at the Hawaii Music Festival, scoring
straight superiors, as well
as numerous Holy Week/
Easter services and amazing
performances throughout
Oahu. Les Choristes finished
the year with a stellar
performance as featured guest
artists at the 20th annual
DAANS Star Awards Luncheon |
with more than 60 private
schools in attendance.
