An All-Nighter
in the
Kingdom
Though the seniors seemed exhausted from senior
projects, that did not overshadow the excitement
felt by the entire class as they headed up to the
Magic Kingdom. Grad Nite 2001 arrived on May 4,
at five p.m. when the pre-party began at Pleasure
Island. This year the seniors enjoyed performances
from MTV’s DJ Skribbles, Tyrese, and Nine Days at
the Magic Kingdom. By five o’clock the next
morning, the seniors were more than ready to head
home. Senior Vianca Cabrera stated, “It was great
fun, but I am extremely tired, and at this point the
bus seats are looking really comfortable.”
