Follow-up: The Repair Stage
The Repair Stage has three crucial elements:
▪ The first stage is crucial for skill building: it supports the development of flexible
thinking and cognitive empathy.
▪ The second stage should be linked to the 5C Needs: how did my words and actions
affect the needs of others? How can I reverse that impact and fill their needs back up?
▪ The third stage is vital to ensure the repair is actioned
