The Helpless One
The Helpless One feels hopeless, not able to change things and may
feel misunderstood.
If you have slipped into a Helpless position, you might hear yourself
saying:
I’ve tried everything.
Poor me!
What’s the point! I Oh no! I don’t know
never get anywhere. what to do!
I have no work-life It’s useless. I give up!
balance!
I’m just rubbish at
this.
I never get thanked!
They’re the worst class
I am always the last
one to be told! I have ever had.
