      A coach will:

      ▪ Help you to set goals and move towards them
      ▪ Reflect your words and thoughts back to you
      ▪ Hold a space for you to think
      ▪ Hold you accountable
      ▪ Challenge you – gently or not quite so gently (it’s your choice)
