                    1. First, write lists of your helpful and less helpful habits. Speak to your




















                                         family and ask them what they think.



















                    2. With each one, think through how to make it easier (helpful ones) or




















                                         really hard (unhelpful ones).




















                    3. Put them in order of priority – you may want to ask someone to help you



















                                         with that because it can be hard to put things into order of importance.




















                    4. Start work on 1 helpful habit to build and one unhelpful habit to bust.
