We also used a scale to help you think about the things you find easy
and things we find hard.
You stood on a giant scale to think about the things you find easier and
harder.
1. Try making your own giant scale.
2. At the end of each day:
▪ Think about times that day when you found something
really easy and felt good.
▪ Think about times when you didn’t feel so great.
