2. Managing and reducing stress levels in



         the body in proactive, helpful ways:








         a.     Prep4Best ahead of time so our 5C Needs are met well
                and we reduce daily stressors




         b.     Getting great at noticing and describing the early signs
                of stress so we can take action quickly




         c.     Learning to notice and describe (with a range of
                ‘granulated’ emotional language) our affect




         d.     Getting great at communicating the needs behind our
                affect, before it is too late




         e.     Learning our powerless ‘Prickle Habits’ and learning to

                shift into empowered positions.



         f.     Planning daily Stress Busting to keep stress chemicals

                as low as possible in the body.
