Circles of Control
It is normal to want to feel a
sense of control over what
happens in our lives – that is
one of the important 5C Needs.
It helps the brain to feel safe.
There will always be times in
our lives when things feel less
certain and sure.
At these times, some people
become focused on what they
cannot control; this leaves them
feeling powerless.
By practising focusing on what
we can control & influence, we
will feel more in control of life.
