Speeding up our brain signals through practice
Let’s say you practise kicking a football at a goal.
If you kept practising, the brain pathways used for kicking
accurately would become stronger.
The coating (myelin sheath) of the neurons would get thicker.
This would mean the information passing from one
neuron to another would be stronger and faster.
And the faster the information travels, the easier it
will be for you to kick the ball accurately!
