a strength is ‘helpful or ‘unhelpful’ at that moment

teamwork, shifting tasks and adapting to change.
❑ However, it is really helpful when making sure safety policies are followed
accurately.
❑ It is also an advantage when sticking to a cause or principle. Think Rosa Parks or
Greta Thunberg and their rigidity in standing up for urgent causes. 39
