How to Use the Strength Cards





































                      There are lots of ways to use these Strength Cards:


























                      1. Keep a look out for your strengths:



























                      Look through the cards and get to know the different sets and the
















                      types of strengths within each set.
























                      Over the next fortnight, at the end of each day, look through the cards and
















                      pick out any strengths you feel you have shown during the day.
















                      Think about the strengths you have seen in other people: did you see any
















                      you would like to build in yourself?




























                      2. Keep a Strengths Journal




















                      Pin each Strength card to a wall or print our electronic version and stick each
















                      card into the pages of an empty notebook. You may prefer to take a photo of
















                      each card and keep it in a folder on your phone or an electronic folder like
















                      OneNote.























                      At the end of each day, look through the cards. Decide which strengths you
















                      have shown that day. Write how you showed them on post-its and stick them around the relevant
















                      Strength Card. Whenever you are lacking confidence, look through your Strengths Journal.
