Having a structure for thinking about needs
gives us the information to feel and do better.
Thinking about your own needs will make it easier to explain to
others how things are for you.
When are you at your best?
What was helping you to feel good and do well?
Look through the Needs cards to help you decide.
When did you not feel so great?
What was making it more difficult for you?
Look through the Needs cards to help you decide.
Put them into three piles:
1. This was not part of why I was finding it hard
2. This may have been playing a part
3. This was definitely playing a part in why things were difficult for me
