Practice
1. Get to know your Brain Strengths
Step 1: Think about all the things you find easy
and enjoy. These are probably your Brain
Strengths. Collect photos of you doing these
things.
Put the photographs around you’re the title:
‘Roy’s Strengths’
Keep collecting them.
Perhaps Mummy can collect her strengths too.
You could even do the same for one of your cats!
