                           We explored how CONNECTION releases oxytocin into our body and we












                           feel good.
























































































































































































                        I summarised the need for connection:



























                        ▪ Having good connections help us to feel loved, cared for and loveable.



























                        ▪ It releases oxytocin which improves trust and helps emotional












                                          regulation..



























                        ▪ Oxytocin also blocks cortisol (a stress chemical), improves neural












                                          building and supports the immune system.



























                        ▪ Connection is crucial to keep stress levels low.
