Look out for the following key messages in the following

        three-part animation:




                    Blaming (even when it is deserved) only puts the other person on the

        1           defensive. It is SO hard sometimes but do everything you can to box


                    your own emotions for the moment – don’t let them invade the room.






        2           Wait until everyone is calm.









                    ALWAYS follow-up – even if it has to be delayed.

                    Don’t think it is ever too late to follow-up.







        4           Help the other person feel a sense of control over when and where
                    you follow up.
