     Avoiding the Panic Zone
     When a task is TOO difficult, we may panic.
     It may feel overwhelming – as if we are wearing boggle glasses. The
     task may feel impossible.
     When we feel like this, we have
     entered the Panic Zone.
     The Panic Zone is not a good place
     to be because the levels of stress
     released into our body stop us
     from being at our Brain Best.
     When we feel like this, we need to
     ask to start with something a little
     easier. We can then take baby
     steps forward.
