Yes. Rewards do work. Whilst the treat is in focus - and is big enough.
But do we want our children to have to stay on a
tight leash and always need rewards to do the
right thing?
Or do we want our children to grow into intrinsically
motivated adults who do the right thing because they:
a) know it’s the right thing to do
b) want to do the right thing
