Goal Setting













                        Working out what you want to be, do and achieve is the



                        first step to success.






                        Without clear goals and a plan, things are much less likely to work


                        out just how you would like them.






                        Here are some questions to help you reflect on your goals:






                        ▪      What do you want to be?



                        ▪      What do you want to be doing?



                        ▪      What do you want to achieve or have?


                        ▪      When do you want to achieve or have these things by?






                        Ask someone to help you plan these goals. Work backwards,


                        planning each step.
