What didn’t go so well for me was ….

When I was given instructions really fast and all at once

I thought “Agh! I’m never going to remember all of this!!”

By the time I had walked away, I had forgotten what I needed to do first.

I got into a panic and thought I wouldn’t be able to do it. Then I got upset.
