A high sense of control
Many children have a GOOD sense of certainty and control in their lives:
▪ They know they will definitely have something to eat each day.
▪ They know adults will treat them well and care for them.
▪ They know where they will sleep that night and who will be there in the morning.
▪ They know they can ask for things and people will listen.
This gives them a strong sense of control
over their life.
Their circle of control and influence is
BIG.
