Driven to meet needs: Needs Seeking
▪ We are wired for survival.
▪ When our needs are not met well, we may be
driven to meet our needs in any way possible.
▪ This may not be in very helpful ways.
▪ For example, if a person does not feel they count
or are very important, they may show off, put
other people down or try to overpower others.
▪ When this happens, the person may not be even
be aware what is driving their unkindness:
it is normally subconscious.
