Learning About Our Needs
In the first session, we talked about some of the things our brain needs
to feel at its very best.
▪ When we feel great and do well, it is because our needs are met really well.
▪ When we do not feel so great and find things harder, it is because one or
more of these needs are not met so well.
For example, if we are tired and hungry, our physical needs are not
met so well and it is more difficult to concentrate and stay calm.
