                           I explained that when we feel CAPABLE, dopamine is released into our












                           body and we feel good.






































































































































































                        Feeling capable at lots of things is SO important – the dopamine helps us













                        to feel good and motivates us to work hard. Without it, getting on with












                        jobs, trying new things and studying is SO much harder.
























                        We talked about when you feel CAPABLE. You found it hard to think of













                        things you feel capable at. With my help, you thought of a few:
