When needs are met well: If my Big 5 Cs are met well, I can
I feel free from stress. tolerate stress and stay calm and
I feel calm, connected and engaged confident.
Red: when my needs aren’t met
Blue: when my needs aren’t met,
I may feel threatened & defensive. over and over, I go into toxic
stress. I am on high alert
