Function Skills:

▪ I explained that part of our brain is in charge of an important set of

skills called ‘Executive Function Skills’.

▪ This part of the brain does not mature until around 25 years old.

▪ Some people have much weaker skills in these areas. This can make it

harder to manage in some situations.
