                                    Practise ‘Catching the Prickle’



                                    ▪    When you start to feel unpleasant, hold your hands together as if you are

                                         catching the unpleasant feeling.

                                    ▪    Look at the 5C pictures.

                                    ▪    Decide which one is playing a part in the unpleasant feeling.
                                    ▪    Tell the person near you with words.

                                    ▪    Every time you manage it, note it down with a ‘Did it!’ in your book.

                                    ▪    When you have managed it 70 times, it will be a new brain circuit habit!
