The following pages are aimed to be a memory jogger of some of the main

elements we have explored so far.

As our sessions are only one hour, I have had to just pick some of the key

points for each unit.

I have not covered Brain Building as I think the flipbook I send will give you a

good idea of it. For the Brain Shaping unit, I am covering just a few key

models as, once again, much of it is just as easy to learn from the flipbook as

needs little explanation (and I’ve added videos of me explaining in the

flipbooks).

My main focus will therefore be units 5 to 14 (see previous slide).

After the final session, I will send you links to the different units so you can

explore them in a bit more detail.
