                             1. Brain Building: We looked at how the brain is built and what























                             happens when we repeat things over and again – brain habit building

















































                             2. Brain Needs & Brain Best: we recapped on our Brain Needs: I























                             explained how, when we feel someone likes us and we have a good























                             connection with them, when we feel we count, when we feel capable























                             and when we feel a sense of control over what is happening, it isn’t






















                             just a nice feeling, it actually changes our body.  Feel good chemicals,























                             are released into our body – I call this being Brain Best. We watched























                             the Brain Best video.




































                             3. Brain Stress & Danger Brain: We explored what happens to the






















                             brain when our needs are not met well – we call this Danger Brain. We























                             watched the Danger Brain video
