SESSION 2 (with Riley & Gerald):
1. STRENGTHS: it is really important for your brain to keep everyone
focused on your strengths – whether or not you are using them
helpfully yet.
2. GETTING YOUR DOSE: Understanding that the brain needs its
DOSE – sometimes it tries to get it in any way possible – not
always in helpful ways.
3. GROWTH ZONES: the brain wants to be in the Comfort Zone – it
likes it there! We can train our brain to manage better and better
in the Growth Zone – if we want to.
