                             ▪ Our Brain Needs: I explained how, when we feel someone likes us























                                               and we have a good connection with them, when we feel we count,























                                               when we feel capable and when we feel a sense of control over























                                               what is happening, it isn’t just a nice feeling, it actually changes our























                                               body.  Feel good chemicals, are released into our body – I call this






















                                               being Brain Best.




































                             ▪ Feeling capable: when we feel capable, something called dopamine























                                               is released – it gives us a good feeling and makes us want to do that























                                               thing again.



































                             ▪ Knowing and noticing our strengths can help our brain to feel more























                                               capable.




































                             ▪ I explained how there are different sorts of brain strengths. We






















                                               talked about your strengths. You have LOADS of strengths.
